What is Biofeedbackย & Neurofeedback?

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback are training processes rather than treatment. It is like learning to ride a bike or learning a new language. During Biofeedback and Neurofeedback sessions you get instruction and information to teach your body and brain a new skill. You take an active role in your wellbeing and practice in order to develop and improve a skill instead of inactively receiving a treatment.
